Cake Types

All of our cakes are homemade using our unique and special recipes. We do not add any preservatives and only use fresh good quality ingredients.

Our Caribbean Sponge cakes include: a blend of spices, brandy and Jamaican rum. 

The Rich fruit cakes include: whole or minced fruits, brandy, Jamaican rum and a blend of spices. We do not use the Jamaica black cake recipe as this includes ingredients we prefer not to use.

All of our fruits have been pre-soaked in a blend of Jamaican rum, Brandy and wine for a minimum of 1 year.

We use a traditional sponge mix for our English sponge cakes. Flavouring is available upon request.

We can also do carrot cake, chocolate cake and red velvet cake at request please ask for a quote.

Also available to order is:
Cornmeal pudding: Plain or Fruit by the tray.

We do not use marzipan on our cakes unless requested due to nut allergies. We can also leave out the almond essence. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
